IIM Kashipur Reflects Almost 70% Women Enrolment in MBA Analytics Programme

There has been a notable increase in female enrollment across all programs at the campus. For the 2021-23 batch, the percentage of female students surged to 30%, marking a significant rise compared to the previous batch. Specifically, the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur observed a remarkable increase in female candidates enrolling in its MBA Analytics course for the 2023-25 batch, with 69% of the seats filled by female candidates. This represents a substantial increase from the previous batch, which saw only 11% female enrollment (2019-21). In total, out of 170 seats, the institute admitted 118 female candidates, showcasing a significant leap from the previous batch’s enrolment of 74 female candidates.

During the convocation ceremony, Yezdi Nagporewalla, CEO of KPMG India, presented a total of 10 medals to students in recognition of their outstanding academic achievements. Among these medals, five were gold, four were silver, and one was bronze.

In this year’s convocation, a total of 438 students were awarded degrees. Among them, 232 students graduated with MBA degrees, 87 with MBA Analytics degrees, 83 with EMBAA degrees, and 21 with Executive MBA degrees. Furthermore, 15 scholars from the doctoral program also received their degrees.

Additionally, Sandeep Singh mentioned plans to expand their Dehradun Campus.
