The institution reported that the highest annual income provided to students was ₹35 lakh, while the average salary was ₹10.7 lakh. Ashoka University’s on-campus placement in 2023-24 resulted in job offers for up to 98% of participants. This year, around 355 students selected for on-campus placement, including undergraduate, Ashoka Scholars Programme, Young India Fellowship, and post-graduate students.
According to a press release from the university, the highest annual pay offered to students was ₹35 lakh, with an average of ₹10.7 lakh. The report stated that around 47% of students got financial aid to further their education at the university.
The Consulting industry made the most offers (18%), followed by EdTech/Education (16%), BFSI (15%), Development (14%), Media and Advertising (9%), FMGC and Consumer Goods (7%), and others. The highest wage in the development sector was ₹20 lakh.
The top recruiters are Mckinsey & Company, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Accenture, Genpact, Flipkart, HSBC, Pidilite, Marico, TATA AIG, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Adobe, and Michael Page, according to the university.
