New Integrated BBA-MBA Courses Started by IP University

IP University

There are two benefits of this program Both the BBA and MBA programs can be completed in five years. MBA admittance does not require a separate entrance exam. IP University has launched a five-year integrated BBA and MBA degree beginning with the new academic year 2024-25. This AICTE-approved programme is currently accessible at an affiliated institute of the university, Gitarattan International Business School in Rohini.

IP University offers 60 seats for this 5-year programme. Admission to this programme will be offered based on the university’s entrance test — BBA (CET code 125). All CET-qualified BBA candidates who enrolled for online counselling and paid the Rs 1,000 participation fee are eligible to participate.

The BBA program’s second round of counselling will offer a choice-filling option from July 11-14, 2024. Applicants to the BBA programme who choose to pursue an integrated BBA-MBA programme may do so beginning in the second round. This program’s qualifying criteria are the same as those for BBA and allied programs.

This curriculum offers two benefits: it takes only five years to complete both the BBA and MBA programs, compared to the customary six years. There is no need to retake the entrance exam to get admission to the MBA program.

This new integrated program will help the students complete their higher education continuously without the typical ‘break’ between the graduation and the Master degree program respectively. Such initiatives should be adopted by Indian universities as it will make the process of education smoother and disciplined. Integrated education model is widely used in several foreign universities for the convenience of the students and the institution as well.
