IIM Ranchi’s Knowledge Immersion Program, held from February 4th to 7th, 2025, at the Institute for Future Education, Entrepreneurship & Leadership (iFEEL) Pune, successfully concluded, marking a transformative milestone in bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world applications. This initiative, spread over three days online and one day at the iFEEL campus, was designed to empower PGDM students by equipping them with critical entrepreneurial and leadership skills necessary to thrive in the dynamic corporate world.
The program, directed by Dr. Radha Yadav and Dr. Amit Sachan, featured a meticulously crafted curriculum that integrated case studies, simulations, and interactive discussions, offering a comprehensive interdisciplinary learning experience. The immersive nature of the program ensured that students gained valuable exposure to real-world challenges, enhancing their professional credentials and preparing them for competitive placements.
Dr. Radha Yadav emphasized the program’s impact, noting, “The enthusiasm and engagement of the students were remarkable.
