IIM Bangalore has initiated a certificate program in Leadership Coaching. This nine-month program aims to empower practicing managers and leaders to maximize their coaching capabilities and effectively influence their teams. Those interested can apply for this distance-learning program by IIM Bangalore until February 28. Applications must be submitted through the official website at eep.iimb.ac.in/course/certificate-programme-in-leadership-coaching/. The program fee is Rs 7,40,000.
Applicants must submit their resume and graduation certificate through the online application portal. The list of shortlisted candidates will be announced on March 5 and 12, 2024.
The program is scheduled to commence on April 1 and will include a combination of in-person sessions and live online sessions throughout the nine-month duration. The course curriculum is structured into three modules. The first module concentrates on the fundamentals of coaching and enhancing individual as well as interpersonal effectiveness. The second module delves into the intricacies of practicing and broadening coaching skills, while the final module provides participants with the opportunity to practically strengthen their ‘Coaching Muscle’.
Upon successfully finishing the program, participants will be conferred with IIMB EEP alumni status, and the coaching certification will enable them to attain ICF certified ACC-level coach accreditation.
This novel program will furnish business professionals with diverse skills, insights, and facets of leadership necessary for guiding various teams effectively, empowering members with appropriate direction and instruction for enhanced productivity.
